Refunds and Returns Policy
Strict Return Limitations
Due to the highly sensitive and thermal-dependent nature of research peptides, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a product has left our facility. Returned peptides cannot be restocked or resold as we can no longer guarantee the storage conditions or compound integrity.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged package or an incorrect item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Please email photos of the sealed, damaged goods to [email protected]. If validated, a replacement will be dispatched at our expense.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet entered the dispatch queue. Once a tracking number is generated and the package is transferred to the courier, the order is final.
