Domestic Shipping Logistics
We are a strictly USA domestic operation.
- We only ship to the Domestic United States. We do not ship to APOs or any US Territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands). Email before ordering if unsure.
- Shipping is a flat rate $15.00 added to every order. If your order is split to multiple locations, a $15.00 charge applies per location.
- We are NOT responsible for any shipments lost or returned due to an invalid address or a fake name provided at checkout.
Turnaround (T/A) Times
Average processing and fulfillment speeds.
- Our T/A Average is 4-5 Days. This quoted timeframe applies exclusively to orders paid for via cryptocurrency.
- Western Union payments could add up to 7 days in additional pickup time, on top of normal processing and shipping.
- We do our best to communicate and get your orders out ASAP, and are continually exploring ways to decrease T/A times further.

- End-to-End Encryption: When communicating regarding orders or inquiries, please use email services that are encrypted end-to-end (e.g., ProtonMail, Tuta).
